This Privacy Policy explains how ph26 collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of players and visitors who access the ph26 Platform at ph26.club. Please read it carefully alongside our Terms & Conditions before registering an account or using any ph26 service.
The cards below provide a plain-language summary of key privacy commitments. They do not replace the full Privacy Policy text that follows.
As a Filipino player, you have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) — including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by ph26. We honour these rights and provide clear channels to exercise them.
ph26 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited strictly to what is necessary to operate the platform — payment processors, game providers, and regulatory compliance partners.
All personal data transmitted to and from ph26 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Philippine banking apps. Data stored on ph26 servers is encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols with strictly controlled access.
ph26 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your session preferences, and improve the experience. We do not use third-party advertising cookies to build cross-site behavioural profiles. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Promotional communications from ph26 — including bonus offers, new game announcements, and platform updates — are sent only with your consent, given at registration or updated in your account settings. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting your ability to use the platform.
ph26 retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including legal and regulatory retention obligations. Account data is typically retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure to comply with anti-money laundering regulations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.
ph26 ("ph26", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players, visitors, and registered users (collectively "you", "your") who access or use the ph26 Platform, including the website at ph26.club, its mobile applications, and all associated features and services (the "Platform").
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the types of personal information ph26 collects, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it may be shared, the measures taken to protect it, and the rights available to you as a data subject under applicable Philippine law — primarily the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
By registering an account on ph26, accessing the Platform, or submitting any personal information through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not use the Platform.
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, ph26 acts as the Personal Information Controller in respect of your personal data. As the Personal Information Controller, ph26 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information collected through the Platform.

To exercise any of the rights above, please contact ph26's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 16. ph26 may need to verify your identity before responding to a data rights request. ph26 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21. ph26 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted at the point of registration to enforce this restriction.
If ph26 discovers or is notified that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under 21, it will immediately close the associated account, delete or anonymise the personal data, and — where applicable — return any funds to the originating payment source in accordance with applicable law.
If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered a ph26 account, please contact ph26 support immediately using the details in Section 16.
With your consent, ph26 may send you promotional communications via SMS, email, or in-platform notification, including: welcome offers, reload bonuses, new game announcements, tournament invitations, and platform news.
Your marketing preferences are set during registration and can be updated at any time in the Notifications section of your ph26 account settings. You may also opt out of specific communication channels (e.g., SMS only, or email only) without opting out of all marketing.
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications, which include deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, account security alerts, and important policy updates. These communications are necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be disabled while your account remains active.
The ph26 Platform may from time to time contain references to third-party payment providers, game content providers, and other services. This Policy applies only to data processed by ph26. ph26 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Where you access a third-party service — such as GCash or Maya for a deposit transaction — you do so subject to that provider's own privacy policy.
ph26 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, or ph26's data processing practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Where changes are material — for example, where ph26 begins processing a new category of personal data or begins sharing data with a new category of third party — ph26 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You are encouraged to review this Policy periodically. Previous versions of this Policy are available from ph26 on request.
ph26 has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection law. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or ph26's handling of your personal data, please contact the DPO through the following channels:
ph26 will acknowledge all data rights requests within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days, or within 15 days where the request is straightforward. Where ph26 cannot complete a request within 30 days, it will inform you of the reason for the delay and provide an estimated completion date.
Our support team is available 24/7 to help you understand how ph26 handles your data, update your marketing preferences, or submit a formal data subject request to our Data Protection Officer.
