These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph26 platform, including all games, account services, bonuses, and financial transactions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on ph26.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ph26. Age verification is mandatory at the point of registration. ph26 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
Each player may hold only one ph26 account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent bonuses, limits, or suspensions is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure. Winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts will not be paid out.
All bonuses issued by ph26 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus. ph26 reserves the right to amend or withdraw bonuses where abuse is detected.
Deposits and withdrawals at ph26 must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited. ph26 processes withdrawals in the order received, subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method as stated in the banking section.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph26 login credentials. ph26 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by a player's failure to secure their account. Enable two-factor authentication to protect your balance.
ph26 prohibits collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of games or other players. Violations result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph26 ("ph26", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ph26 website located at ph26.club, its mobile applications, and all associated gaming services, software, content, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account on ph26, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ph26 Platform.
ph26 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
To register and maintain a ph26 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information ph26 requests. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.
ph26 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application is at ph26's sole discretion.
One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one ph26 account. ph26 employs technical and manual processes to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, ph26 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and forfeit all bonus balances. Real-money deposits in duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with ph26's anti-fraud policy.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph26 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ph26 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings. ph26 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
Account Verification (KYC). ph26 may at any time request identity verification documents from any player. This is referred to as the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process and is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. KYC documents typically required include:
ph26 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 calendar days may result in account restriction.
Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. ph26 may charge an administrative fee on inactive account balances. Players will receive notice before any administrative fee is applied. Fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.
ph26 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Palawan Express, and Cebuana. Available payment methods are displayed in the platform's banking section and are subject to change without prior notice.
Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that are legitimately yours and from payment methods registered in your own name. ph26 prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match the name on your ph26 account, ph26 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, freeze the account, and conduct an investigation.
Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. As a general guide, GCash and Maya deposits have a minimum of ₱100. Bank transfer minimums may differ. ph26 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
ph26 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment source.
ph26 processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:
Processing Times. ph26 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within 1–3 banking days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing schedule and is outside ph26's control once funds are dispatched.
Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's banking section. ph26 may impose additional withdrawal limits at its discretion for compliance or security reasons. Where exceptional withdrawal amounts are requested, ph26 may request additional verification documentation.
ph26 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer.
Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance is converted to withdrawable funds.
Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute a reduced percentage or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are listed in the promotion's specific terms.
Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived exclusively from it.
Abuse and Exploitation. ph26 reserves the right to withhold, amend, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting software errors, using automated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. Determinations of abuse are made by ph26 and are final.
ph26 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where offers are found to contain errors.
All games offered on ph26 are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. ph26 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
RNG Certification. All digital (non-live) games available on ph26 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, fair, and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time via HD video stream. The outcome of each game is determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheel) in accordance with the rules of the applicable game. Live game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, ph26 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ph26 will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake. Bets placed on rounds affected by a malfunction will not stand if the game cannot be resolved.
Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Each game carries minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. ph26 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph26 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
ph26 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. ph26 acknowledges that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform provides tools and resources to help players maintain control.
Age Restriction. No person under the age of 21 may register for or use ph26 under any circumstances. This restriction is enforced technically at registration and may be supplemented by manual document verification at any time.
Player-Controlled Limits. All ph26 account holders may set the following limits from their account settings at any time:
Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions to limits take effect immediately.
Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a longer break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their ph26 account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 6 months to permanent exclusion. ph26 will process self-exclusion requests as promptly as possible. During a self-exclusion period, ph26 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform and will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.
ph26 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the ph26 Privacy Policy, which governs how ph26 collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information.
In summary, ph26 collects personal data for the following purposes: account registration and verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where consent is given). ph26 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required for platform operation (e.g., payment processors, game providers) or where legally mandated.
Players in the Philippines have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data held by ph26. Requests relating to personal data should be directed to the ph26 support team.
All content on the ph26 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game titles, is the property of ph26 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ph26 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of ph26.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph26 Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, redistribute, sell, or exploit any Platform content; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform; or reverse-engineer any software used in the Platform's operation.
Any unauthorised use of ph26's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph26's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you have deposited into your ph26 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph26 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ph26 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph26 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph26 shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues outside ph26's direct control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph26's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph26's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Closure by ph26. ph26 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) a player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ph26 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) ph26 has reasonable grounds to believe the player is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; (d) ph26 discontinues a service or product line that the player was using; or (e) the player's jurisdiction becomes prohibited.
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, ph26 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a remedy for the breach, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach, ph26 will return the verified account balance to the player via the original payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML requirements.
Closure by Player. You may close your ph26 account at any time by contacting the ph26 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method following completion of standard verification checks. Please be aware that account closure does not automatically apply self-exclusion. If you wish to be excluded from ph26 and affiliated platforms, you must separately request self-exclusion.
Initial Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other aspect of your use of ph26, you should contact ph26 customer support in the first instance. ph26 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a complete and documented complaint. ph26's support team can be reached via live chat within the Platform or by email.
Formal Complaints. If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate the matter to ph26's formal complaints process by submitting a written complaint. ph26 will acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days and provide a final written response within 30 calendar days.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ph26 dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
ph26 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, ph26 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the ph26 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
